How to join the network

The Observatory is a non-commercial, public-interest platform. Partnership means contributing to a shared regional resource (data, expertise or reach) rather than buying a placement.

01

Get in touch

Send us a short note about your organization and what you would like to contribute or use the Observatory for.

02

Agree the scope

We discuss what fits: sharing registration or charging data, reviewing country coverage, co-publishing analysis, or supporting outreach in your market.

03

Sign the MOU

We set the agreed scope down in a short Memorandum of Understanding. Once signed, your organization is listed here and joins the working network.

Who we work with

Government agencies and transport authorities, national and regional e-mobility associations, research institutes and universities, and industry actors willing to share data on transparent terms.

What the MOU covers

A Memorandum of Understanding is a plain-language statement of shared intent, not a commercial contract. It runs to a page or two and covers:

There is no partnership fee and no exclusivity. Data shared with the Observatory is published under a consistent, transparent methodology and always attributed to its source.
