Map data terms of use

ZEMO's charging network map (the Charging tab on our Data page) shows public charging locations for Latin America. These terms apply to that data specifically, in addition to our general Privacy Policy.

Source and licence

The charging location data shown on the map is licensed from Eco-Movement and is displayed here for personal and informational viewing only.

Prohibited use

Text or data mining, web scraping, or the use of any bot, spider, scraper or automated device, program, tool, algorithm, code, process or methodology to access, obtain, copy, monitor or republish any portion of the data is not permitted.

The data may not be redistributed or republished, in whole or in part, in any form.

Request limits

The map applies request limits per connection and per browsing session. A connection or session that exceeds these limits is treated as automated access and is blocked.

Data access requests

Organisations that need access to the underlying charging location data should get in touch through our contact form, selecting "Data request" as the reason.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The map records which version of these terms a reader has acknowledged; the version shown on this page is the one currently in force.
